Dorys (pronounced Doris) Balboa, a California Real Estate Licensed Professional, has over 20 years diversified real estate experience. For close to five years she managed the marketing for the second largest privately held new home builder in the United States. She excelled in the firm working her way up to marketing for the luxury division. She recently launched Balboa Concepts where she provides creative services personalized to the uniqueness of each client and tailors services according to new home builders needs and budgets to assist them in the sale and marketing of new homes.

She is currently serving her second year on the Board of Directors for the Sales & Marketing Council of Southern California, SMC-SoCal, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB.

Dorys is an active community member and is currently a volunteer at Newport Harbor High School in the Sales & Marketing Mentor Program. Dorys, her daughter Krystle and husband Alan enjoy spending time at the beach and going to Angel Games.
